The Project Coordinator manages key client projects. Tasks will include daily communication with external and internal resources, as well as client correspondence.


Lead Technician

The lead technician manages the CCS network infrastructure and maintains corporate equipment in accordance with business requirements. Tasks revolve around communication with clients and third party support vendors.


Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will be given the opportunity to grow professionally and gain corporate experience as they build vital soft skills, while being able to shadow industry experts. They will work on a close knit team in a collaborative environment while experiencing the operations of a small business. The Office Intern assists with general office operations, internal/external correspondence, and marketing activities as determined and directed by the COO and CEO.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator manages key client projects. Tasks will include daily communication with external and internal resources, as well as client correspondence. Candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask as necessary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining appropriate timelines.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and on budget

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage relationships with clients through communication and correspondence

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Requirements

  • At Least 1 Year of Customer Service Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid Organizational Skills Including Attention to Detail and Multitasking

  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Monday.com, Box, Zoom or PandaDocs a Plus

Job Description

The CCS Lead Technician wears multiple hats as a client facing resource in addition to managing the internal CCS network infrastructure. It is the primary responsibility of the the Lead Technician to complete customer support requests in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, this team member is tasked with assisting in the Risk Assessment process by conducting basic network vulnerability scans, data analysis and documentation. monitors processes and materials, Time will also be spent evaluation and selecting new products for our partners and team

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, possess excellent problem solving skills, in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client support tickets through communication and correspondence

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementations and completion of support tickets

  • Maintain network infrastructure including corporate hardware and software in accordance with business requirements

  • Develop and monitor equipment testing schedules and communicate results to management

  • Conduct research, development and testing of new software and application solutions

  • Install, configure and upgrade all IT related equipment as needed

  • Run diagnostic programs and troubleshoot as appropriate to resolve technical problems

  • Communicate with third party support vendors

  • Set up new user accounts and grant new users appropriate access

  • Assign users, computers and other assets to proper groups in active directory

  • Review scan assessments and compile reports

  • Communicate results and assist with developing remediation plan

  • Communicate with management as necessary

  • Continuously monitor all active scanning solutions and auditing and logging software

  • Mitigate any security alerts

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects, implementations and completion of support tickets

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Maintain and Manage Support Ticketing System

Job Description

The Office Intern assists with general office operations, internal/external correspondence, and marketing activities as determined and directed by the COO and CEO. Additionally, the Administrative Intern shall assist and work with the Client Services Team distributing project updates, and facilitating internal and external communication by performing background work on conference calls, as well as outside vendors as required. The Office Intern will be responsible for assisting the staff with general office duties including, but not limited to, research and development, data entry, filing, application implementation, tool optimization and general coordination. 


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours, 

  • Organizing, attending and participating in team and client meetings

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Providing administrative support as needed.

  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Maintain calendar of events

  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers

  • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars

  • Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails

  • Assist and facilitate staff as necessary - whenever and however needed


Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program

  • Must be 18 years of age
